Kellie Johnston has over 30 years of extensive dance training in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. She has taught in private studios all over California for the past 14 years and has directed and produced many shows, and led many competitive teams to victory.

Kellie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from CSU, Chico, and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Physical Education from National University. In 2012 and 2013, she was awarded the California Association of Dance/Drill Team Directors’ “Rookie Director of the Year.”

Kellie led the Troy High School Red Hots Dance Team to victory when they won the National Title in Florida, achieving many first places and “Best in Category” awards. Her other recent credits include teaching adult dance fitness classes at Cardio Barre in Irvine and judging dance competitions through the CADTD organization.

An Orange County, CA native, Kellie has been married to her husband Kyle for 7 years and has a 2 year old son, Jake.
