Please complete this booking request form and then call the ADTC office at 866-383-ADTC (2382) to inquire about availability for your preferred date/s. Next, complete the "Estimated Event Cost" form (located in the ADTC Dance Entertainment for Events Info & Planning Guide). Remember that we must receive your booking request & 50% deposit at least 2 weeks before your event date!
