TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms "ADTC," "we" and "our" refer to American School of Dance, LLC (dba "American Dance Training Camp"), a California company, and a member of the American Camp Association, which offers and operates all the camps and services listed herein. All camps are offered subject to ADTC's standard terms and conditions, which are found in our Registration Packets, Forms & Waivers, on our website here and by request. Please review the terms and conditions carefully prior to completing your registration. Some of these terms and conditions are set out below to draw your attention to the fact that our obligations to you are limited.

CANCELLATION BY ADTC

ADTC reserves the right to cancel any camp at any time for any reason determined in our sole discretion, including if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the camp or the safety of participants is judged by ADTC to be compromised. In such a case, refund of payments received by ADTC shall constitute full and final settlement. In the event of cancellation, ADTC is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs.

PREPARING FOR YOUR CAMP SESSION

Our camps entail risks - and rewards - beyond those encountered at home. We count on our campers to ensure they are healthy and fit; to read our pre-camp materials about clothing, training and medical requirements; and to appreciate that in some regions of the US and other countries, local living standards, practices, services and accommodations may differ from those in North America or Europe.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND PASSPORTS

The visa and passport requirements of countries to which we travel vary according to the nationality of each traveller and may change at any time for reasons beyond our control. Although we endeavour to provide you with accurate information about these requirements it remains the responsibility of each camper to verify that she has the appropriate travel documents for her nationality. ADTC is not liable for any expenses or costs arising from any camper being prohibited from entering a country scheduled to be visited on a trip.

EXTERNAL TRAVEL SERVICES

ADTC may recommend the services of external travel companies or other support services in response to requests made by campers for services outside of the scope of an ADTC trip. Although we endeavour to recommend only companies that provide the highest levels of service and work closely with them to try to obtain special treatment for ADTC campers, we do not guarantee the services provided by third parties. ADTC is not liable for any injury, expenses or costs arising from any services, or lack thereof, provided by any third party nor the standards of care which travellers experience when using those services.

HEALTH & INSURANCE

By registering for camp, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other campers and that you have received all appropriate or necessary vaccinations indicated by your proposed camp. All campers must be covered by their own medical insurance. Prior to check-in, all campers must have on file a completed ADTC Health Form, which requires a physical examination by a licensed health professional dated no earlier than two years prior to attending ADTC. Required forms and all pertinent information will be included in the Registered Camper Handbook.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

When pricing each ADTC camp, we strictly and expressly rely on each camper to read, sign and return our health forms and waivers by NO LATER THAN JUNE 1, 2010. These documents will be sent to you after you have registered and pain an initial deposit or in full. If you wish to review these forms prior to registering for camp, you may review them on our website. Please read them carefully. Our receipt of the completed and signed health forms and waivers will complete your registration.
