Check-In & Check-Out

Sunday Check-In - Winter Park, CO - 3:00 - 4:30pm

The reception area, located in the lobby of the Winter Park Mountain Lodge, opens for check-in at 3:00pm. Do not arrive earlier than 3:00pm, as we will be unable to accommodate you. All parents must leave by 4:30pm SHARP! Thank you.

Check-In Procedures

• Sign in your camper (front desk) - Pick up an "ADTC Camper Guide" (with your child's name, roommate/s name, room #, team and team leader).
• Complete camper health screening with camp nurse and drop off any medications.
• Open account at the Canteen & turn in permission slips for optional activities.
• Inspect your camper's room - Take a good look around your camper's room. If anything is not to your liking, please report the problem to a staff member at the front dest so that the issue may be resolved ASAP.
• All parents must leave by 4:30pm SHARP! Thank you!

Saturday Check-Out - 9:00 - 11:00am

Saturday check-out begins at 9:00am. Do not arrive prior to 9:00am as we will be unable to accommodate you. Each camper MUST sign out before leaving camp. Written permission is required if your child is departing from camp with someone other than her parent/guardian.

Check-Out Procedures

• Sign out your camper in the Canteen - Close your canteen account and sign out your child. Don't forget to purchase limited edition ADTC apparel and accessories!
• Pick up your camper's medications in the Canteen - We immediately dispose of any medications that are not picked up at check-out to protect privacy.
