PARENT & ALUMNI PARTNER PROGRAM
Loyal ADTC parents who we believe embody our mission, goals & values can earn FREE tuition by agreeing to promote ADTC in their communities.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

Note: This program is no longer available for 2012, but please let us know if you're interested for 2013 - email lfadner@DanceADTC.com!
Spread the word about ADTC overnight camps by posting flyers & distributing brochures around your community in exchange for 50% OFF one week of camp, no questions asked. Feeling ambitious? Host an Info Session at your home, local dance studio or school - if 5 new campers enroll as a result of your efforts, we'll give you one FREE week of camp (alumni only).
Feeling REALLY ambitious? If 8 or more new campers enroll as a result of your local efforts, you can earn 10% commission on tuition, per-camper. That's about $800+ for 8 campers, $1500+ for 15 new campers, etc (this offer cannot be combined with the team discount).
If you are interested in becoming a Parent or Alumni Partner, please send an email to LFadner@DanceADTC.com.
HERE'S WHAT PARENT & ALUMNI PARTNERS AGREE TO DO...
1. Tell your friends & neighbors about ADTC.
The most important thing you can do as a Partner Parent or Alumni Camper is tell your friends and neighbors about ADTC! We want you to be an ambassador and a voice for dance and camp in your communities. Positive word of mouth is our most powerful way of promoting camp and dance.
2. Distribute promotional materials around your town.
We provide you with brochures, flyers, coupons, etc. You distribute these materials around your hometown!
3. Host at least one House Party for local families.
These typically only take 1 to 1.5 hours and are a nice, informal way to meet potential camp families and answer questions about ADTC. They tend to average about 10 people but can be a little larger or smaller. We can help you construct an evite, provide you with promotional DVDs, and we will also invite any other interested families in your area. Either weekend afternoons around 4pm or weekday evenings around 6pm seem to work well - these are always fun!
4. Give Friend & Family Gift Certificates for 5% OFF.
Our goal is that you can give these to deserving families to help their children come to camp. If you know of a nice girl who would be successful at camp, you can award these certificates as you wish. You can give more than one gift certificate to a child if you feel it is appropriate.
5. Use social media to spread the word about camp.
Act as a staff writer for our bi-monthly newsletter: "A Parent's Perspective." Post online reviews of ADTC on various websites such as Yelp, insiderpages.com, CampRatingz, Insidecamps, etc. You can also post links or information about ADTC on any appropriate websites where parents share information in your communities.
6. Raise Awareness.
Make local groups that you are involved with aware of ADTC. These could include schools, dance studios, sports teams, moms clubs, ski teams, churches, synagogues, community groups, or youth groups. You can drop off fliers/coupons or we would be happy to offer group discounts.
7. Look for Company Discount Opportunities.
ADTC can offer company discounts; last year we offered discount programs for employees at Google & Apple. If you work for or have a contact at a company that may be interested, just let us know and we'll put it together.
8. Look for Barter Opportunities.
We are always open to bartering for just about anything - let us know your ideas!
9. Solicit Scholarship Funds (optional).
ADTC provided over 30 children with scholarships to attend one of our camps last year. Any contacts you may have for fundraising would be appreciated. We actually have a waiting list of girls we can bring to camp if we can find the donations. Also, you can donate to the fund yourself if you are interested. All donations are tax deductible and we can participate in corporate matching programs.
10. Keep us updated.
Please keep us informed with periodic updates regarding how you are doing and any ideas we could pass on to the rest of our Parent & Alumni Partners. |
