THE INTANGIBLES

Whenever we ask one of our campers or parents to describe what makes us different, we get the same reaction: they get quite excited, and insist they'd never go to another dance camp. But the right words are tough to find. Eventually, they start talking about all the things we don't write about in our brochures or schedules; the intangibles; the "amazing moments," if you will. When your mantra is to embrace the unexpected and be spontaneous, magical, unscripted moments never fail to happen along the way.

"My daughter attended the Squaw Valley camp in 2009. At the age of 12, she went by herself. However at the end of the week she had many best friends, and I was delighted to find that they were from all over, even some out of the country. The camp was amazing. The dance performance was excellent, and the activities provided were the best.

The camp was well organized, and very well chaperoned and supervised 24/7. All of the girls had a blast! Most of all I felt 100% comfortable that she was taken care of and having fun. The camp even posted daily pictures so a parent can see their child and see the activities they are doing.

This group does an awesome job! Both with dancing, and a summer camp experience.
