OUR VALUES
WE VALUE WHAT YOU VALUE.
Our people are the reason we have such a strong brand, are able to offer such exceptional customer service and continue to look forward as an organization.
Like most companies, we have values. Unlike most companies, our values let our customers know what they can expect every time they attend an ADTC camp or event. Our values also let you know exactly what you'll get out of a career here. Our values are the root of everything we do as a company and everything you'll do when you join us.
THE ADTC FOUNDING VALUES AWARD
This award honors our individual operations that truly live the company's founding values. We want to recognize our people who put the founding values to work every day. Every ADTC location submits an entry, and the number of winners is limited only by each team's dedication to outstanding results.

Things We Do at ADTC to Teach Campers the Core Values
- The Camp Rules are stated as a "Code of Conduct" in core value format. The Code of Conduct is posted in strategic locations around camp and included in the camp registration packet.
- We review the ADTC Code of Conduct during the first day of each camp session and allow campers to join forces in creating their own Team Code of Conduct for the week. All teammates sign their Code of Conduct and the team leader hangs it in a prominent spot for all to see.
- Dance Discussions and Team Meetings each session will focus on the four cour values by asking questions, "What is Appreciation," What is Dedication," "What is Trust," and "What is Caring."
- Counselors are encouraged to look for "teachable moments" when they can use the words appreciation, dedication, trust and caring in the natural course of explaining rules or resolving disputes.
- Offer "world dance" night as an opportunity to get campers thinking about the larger world they live in and ways they can help. Offer "world dance company" as a direct way for campers to "give back" while at camp.
