Sharifa LaGuerre has been teaching hip hop, ballet, African, lyrical, modern and jazz dance at studios like STEPS on Broadway since she was fourteen. She has also studied at Alvin Ailey Dance School, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Harlem School of the Arts, LaGuardia HS of the Performing Arts and the Broadway Dance Center (Rhapsody James, Jermaine Brown, Darrin Henson, Bev. B., Peter Schabel, Amount Boyz).

Sharifa has been a feature dancer for artists including Ludacris, Angie Martinez (European tour), Nina Sky, P. Diddy and Da Band. Her acting credits include Spiderman II, Law and Order and the Independent Movie, "Rock the Paint."

Sharifa has been a favorite teacher and choreographer at ADTC. Her hip hop routines are fresh and super fun for dancers of all levels.
