LIZ IS THE ULTIMATE "AMERICAN DANCE IDOL" BECAUSE: "I've been dancing since I could walk and every time I hear a song I think up choreography. It's a weird habit, but I've been doing it forever. I love to perform and when I'm on stage in front of hundreds, sometimes thousands of people, my heart races and it gives me the best feeling that is unexplainable. I also give it my all - I put 110% into my dancing. I also won 'Most Dedicated Dancer' at ADTC last summer for group 4! I love dance and I couldn't live without it."
